In this unit, students will further develop and expand their communicative skills acquired in Chinese 2A and will be introduced to more advanced texts in Chinese. The acquisition of basic vocabulary and grammar will be further broadened and consolidated. Topics to be covered include dining out, organising activities, being in hospital, going to the theatre, celebrating Chinese New Year, lifestyle, etc. Students will also acquire background knowledge of the Chinese culture and society. -- Course Website
