Typography is an essential component to visual communication and this unit will explore the theory and application of type. Exploration will cover the use of grids, forms and structures, the anatomy of typefaces, font families, font designers and typeface design and include considerations and implications of selecting and applying typography to a variety of design solutions. -- Course Website
