This unit examines the constitutional arrangements effected by the Commonwealth Constitution including the structure and institutions of the Constitution, the division of power between Commonwealth and States, and the relations between the different levels of government. The unit also develops the research skills introduced in Legal Foundations B and allows students to develop their oral argument skills via a series of moots conducted in seminar. -- Course Website
