This unit aims to provide students with a practical understanding about the formation and negotiation of Contracts with a focus on: how to ensure a standard form contract complies with the formalities of contracts; critical analysis of the purpose, interpretation, and scope of standard contract clauses; and how to mimimise risk in negotiating and entering into a contract by use of the rules relating to contract damages assessment. -- Course Website
