This unit provides students with an opportunity to develop their knowledge of the practice of forensic science within its ethical and professional framework. This is achieved by reviewing and critiquing a variety of case studies dealing with complex issues relating to the interpretation of forensic evidence and presentation of those findings in court, impact of current research and new technologies in forensic science and emerging applications of forensic science from an international prospective. -- Course Website
